Different experience. Shared values.

Every member of our team brings different strengths to the practice. These four principles connect how we communicate, collaborate and provide care.

We listen first

Your experiences, priorities and concerns help shape the support you receive.

Care is individual

Recommendations are adapted around your health, function, preferences and circumstances.

We work together

With your consent, we collaborate with families, referrers, support teams and healthcare professionals.

Everyone is welcome

We provide respectful care without assumptions about ability, fitness, body size or exercise experience.

Meet our clinicians

Our clinicians have different areas of interest and experience. Select a profile to learn more about their approach, professional background and the people they commonly support.

Not sure who may be the right fit?

Choose the area that most closely reflects what you are looking for.

Rachel has a particular interest in pregnancy and postpartum Exercise Physiology. Her approach focuses on whole-body strength, physical capacity and a gradual return to meaningful activities without pressure to “bounce back.”

Shannen has a strong interest in neurological rehabilitation, including stroke, spinal cord injury, acquired brain injury and changes in mobility, strength, balance or physical capacity.

Shannen supports manual and powered wheelchair users with adapted strength, cardiovascular and functional exercise. Sessions may consider transfers, wheelchair propulsion, seated balance and individual mobility needs.

Rachel has an interest in paediatric Exercise Physiology. Sessions can use age-appropriate activities to support strength, coordination, confidence, physical capacity and participation.

Rachel and Shannen share interests across menopause, osteoporosis, reduced bone density, balance and healthy ageing. Our team can help match you with the most appropriate clinician.

Emma provides Occupational Therapy services including Functional Capacity Assessments, Assistive Technology recommendations, minor home modifications and functional reporting.

That is completely fine. Tell us a little about what you would like help with and our practice team can guide you towards the most appropriate clinician or service.

How our team works together

What you can expect from our team

We listen

We begin by understanding your health, circumstances, priorities and what you would like support with.

We develop a plan

Your clinician completes an appropriate assessment and develops recommendations around your goals, function and preferences.

We review and collaborate

We review progress, adapt support when things change and communicate with your healthcare or support team—with your consent.

YOU ARE WELCOME HERE

Care designed around the person

You do not need to be fit, confident with exercise or certain about what support you need before contacting us.

We welcome different bodies, abilities, identities, cultures, communication styles and exercise histories. Appointments can be adapted for mobility, sensory, cognitive, fatigue, pain and communication needs.

Mobility aids are welcomed, and support people can attend where appropriate. Our goal is to create an environment where people can ask questions, understand their options and participate in decisions about their care.

Participants, families and referrers are welcome

Healthcare professionals, support coordinators, plan managers and other providers can submit a referral or contact us to discuss service suitability.
