What an appointment involves
What to expect at your pregnancy assessment
We discuss your pregnancy, medical history, symptoms, current activity and goals.
We assess relevant movement, strength, mobility, balance and exercise tolerance.
You receive clear, practical recommendations that suit your stage of pregnancy and daily life.
Your program can be adjusted as your body, symptoms and priorities change.
Working collaboratively with your maternity and pelvic-health team
Exercise Physiology supports ongoing strength, conditioning, physical capacity and confidence with movement. It does not replace medical care or specialised pelvic-health physiotherapy. With your consent, we can communicate with your treating team and coordinate your exercise plan around their recommendations.
