Why PINK DAY?
Breast cancer is a pervasive disease that affects thousands of Australians each year. Every day, 57 people in Australia are diagnosed with breast cancer, and tragically, 9 people lose their lives to this disease. These staggering statistics highlight the urgent need for continued research and support to combat breast cancer and save lives.
Our Commitment:
In June, we pledged to WEAR IT, SHAVE IT, or COLOUR IT, raising funds for world-class breast cancer research. By supporting the NBCF, we contributed to their mission of stopping deaths from breast cancer through innovative research and prevention strategies.
